Exercise at home! Body Architecture Personal Training’s physical location is currently closed to the public due to the COVID 19 outbreak. But that’s not stopping us from working with you online right now! If you are interested in learning more about our online personal training that you can do in the comfort and safety of your own home, please text or email Lori today.

Our online group exercise is easy to follow and modified for you as needed.

Please consider us as your first choice in returning to in-person fitness training. I have always maintained a high standard of cleanliness in this facility well before the COVID 19 situation. Our studio has ALWAYS provided individual one-on-one training in a private area for each of our clients. We have several rooms to accommodate training in which we have a one trainer/one client per room. Our small group sessions are held in our large area and have always allowed for physical distancing. When we reopen, we will be maintaining a reduced size group program which will allow at least 10’ or more of physical distancing. We will require reservations for all private and group sessions when we reopen to ensure that we can maintain an even greater cleanliness standard. For more information on how we can help you when this emergency is over, please send me an email. I am currently in the process of updating this website to reflect the new exercise programming we will be offering! Yes, you will be able to exercise in a safe space!

I look forward to helping you with your exercise needs. Please note that several individual small health and wellness businesses operate in our community and are not affiliated or operated by Body Architecture other than physical location. Please contact them directly for information on their operations and how they can best serve you.

See you real soon!

Best regards,
