SOCIAL BUBBLE GROUP TRAINING
Time slots now available for your own social group or vaccinated group. All the same level of customized and individualized training with social distancing, no sharing of equipment, totally sanitized just for you!
Our studio is A social distanced space for small group of 4 to 6. Our spaces for each person exceeds health requirements by more than 50% Reserve your space now--filling up fast!
We have our studio COVID-19 prepared and have set up to allow each client to have their own space and own equipment. All equipment is sanitized before and after each client. Equipment is NOT shared between clients during sessions. We limit participants in each session. Currently, our general session is at capacity for in person sessions, but you can join us online for this program, go on our waitlist, or start your own Social Bubble group with your family and friends at an available time slot.
Socially Distant Training!
Training sessions are provided via zoom in the studio or online from your home workout area. This alliows for social distancing and it actually allows me to see you all better! I will use this method so that I can guarantee you the best workout whether you are online or in the studio!
All the regular training in a safe space
In our studio, I customize each workout with the equipment needed for the individual. All equipment is set up in advance for your scheduled workout and sanitized. So your workout does not need to be limited here. I can have you do the same workouts we have always done. We just do it separately!

My studio may be located in California, but I’m from Northwest Philly Area! I used to be a co-owner of Club Genesis in Doylestown, PA and I would love to see some of my friendly faces from the Philadelphia Area!
