After 20 years here, I have to be considered a Californian, but I am an East Coaster at heart! North West Philly to be exact! I started as a aerobic instructor at La Crest Health Spa (where my Mom worked!) and then became co-owner of Club Genesis in Doylestown. I would love to see you all again and have you work out with me! I miss my East Coast peeps!
